I’ve received a new bill from OVO apparently because I’ve moved from Economy Energy.
This is entirely incorrect - I did not move from their company - so why is OVO sending out incorrect information and why should that change my bill?

This does sound really odd, @readjono, especially as you’ve mentioned you were never on supply with Economy Energy, please reach out to our team as soon as possible so they can look into this.
