My charges for the period 1st - 11th December 2019 are clearly visible on the website.
WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO PRINT OR DOWNLOAD THE DETAILS.????????

It sounds like you’re on the new version of our website. You’ll receive a ‘summary’ at the end of each billing month, which you’ll be able to download and print.
