I have had a smart meter for 12 months and haver only had three bills during that time. Up until then a Bill was generated every month after giving readings. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Sounds like you might have your preference set to quarterly billing @sew54. This will be easy to update though and we can change it so that you receive bills every month.
