Where can I find my usage information for last year?

How can I compare my usage from this year to last? The history seems to have disapeared and I only have from when the smart metre was installed, which is not a very long time ago. I should have at least another 2 years of usage history. I

I’m afraid you’ll only be able to view the usage for your current meter. More info here: https://forum.ovoenergy.com/my-account-myovo-34/smart-meter-help-how-do-i-see-my-history-564.

Don’t worry though, it doesn’t mean any past history has been deleted. Check out your statements on My OVO to see this: http://ovoener.gy/myovo. If you’d prefer, the Customer Care team will be able to get this for you. Feel free to contact them on Facebook, Twitter or via phone or email. Okay. Not really the answer i wanted as i wanted to be able easily see this. Using the statements i will have to spend a while creating graphs in excel or something to have a useful comparison 😒

Comparing usage between the old and the new meters will be difficult, @Katiehbee but there is a positive with this: if your smart meters send us your readings every half an hour, your usage section will be epic. Again, doesn't help me compare with pre smart meter or last year. That was one of the things I really liked about being with ovo; that I didn't have to spend hours transferring information from statements into something like a spreadsheet. I wish i had known this prior to having the smart meter as at least i could have just screen scraped the info while it was there in an easy to read form.
As someone who works with data and accounts i really don't see why it is not possible for it to be accessible for the customers.

It's more to do with our background system. As the data and info on My OVO is linked up to this, and only one meter is displayed, that’s the data that is pulled through and reflected on My OVO.

I know it’s not ideal so if you ever want us to work out your consumption for any period (before you had your smart meters), just let us know.
