Where are my first bills?

Just been advised, Ovo pride themselves in their customer service ! Over 30 calls / numerous emails.
Still waiting for my bill since last July😂 Stephen Fitzpatrick (MD) I hope you are reading this.
Marvin has been helpful. Let’s see what happens....

We do pride ourselves on our customer service, but can accept when a shortfall in service has occurred, @Iwantmybill

You should receive your first bills within 6 weeks of coming on supply so I'm really sorry you've not received them after switching in July.

It sounds like there's a delay in us receiving some of the information needed for us to start billing you - this information comes from a third party. If you send us a PM on Facebook with your full name, DoB and account number we'd be happy to chase this up for you - https://www.facebook.com/ovoenergy.
