For the last 2 months my smart meter reading no longer gives monthly projections of what my upcoming bill for the month is likely to be. This is the single mostuseful feature when going onto myovo on line. I see from an earlier similar observation on this forum someone else has had the same glitch. The advice from ovo site tmoderator then was to 'refresh' the page. Can someone elaborate on this by telling me what an ovo refresher button looks like because i can't find it and i really like this wee feature and feel a bit deprived by my computer in its thwarting of my attempt to use it.
