A customer of ours has a Smart prepayment meter with OVO & we would like to know if they can claim SEG without changing to a credit account

Hi,
Yes that should be possible. SEG Accounts are totally separate to Supply Accounts and the SEG side of things is blind to what payment method you use for your incoming supply.
