It’s states on the list of cars that the Anytime Tariff can be used with Audi Q4 Etron 2022 model, we finally got our car delivered last week so will it work with the Anytime tariff or is it classed as a 2023 model and therefore not work?

Yup! You should be good. The list means the Q4 Etron from 2022 onwards is compatible so yours is fine.
