I've just changed my tariff - where has my credit balance gone?

I am not a new customer ! On 30th August I switched from Simpler Energy to 2yr. Fixed Energy.
Over the summer months I built up credit which has not been transferred. Where has it gone?

If this is still ongoing, I'd advise contacting us via webchat through the Help Centre, with your full name, DoB, account number or full address and postcode. We can then look into your account and sort this out.

Hi John,

That's an odd one. Just to double check a couple of things:
- Was this a renewal (rather than a change of home)?
- Have you checked your statement history to see if one's been deducted recently?
- How much credit is left - or has it gone down to £0?
