New feature announcement
Members on our new online account can now submit smart readings manually, if their meter hasn’t provided a reading after five days. If you use the app, just make sure you have the latest version.
This means that members with a smart meter with intermittent or no communication with us can still receive accurate bills.
Heads up that we’ve added a ‘validation threshold’ that will flag if the readings are too high or too low based on a member’s expected consumption and previous readings.
