I have been requested by OVO to move my account to a new online system and need to reset my password. However when I receive the OVO email to reset my password, there is no hyperlink, just the Company logo.
This has happened on a number a times that I’ve tried the password reset.
Consequently I’m locked out of my account.
Has this happened to other people and is the Company aware of a problem?

Note especially my final comment about logging in using your old ID and password. Using a Link from within an email purporting to be from a company leaves you open to attack from malicious third parties. Anyone could construct an email with OVO’s logo embedded in it!
