I can see a link for gas reading history in the online account, but the electricity one is missing. Why isn’t it there?

It looks like you’re part of a new trial experience that’s mentioned here:
For some strange reason though, it seems only your one of accounts is included in the trial and not the other account. Could you check Billing History to see whether the missing data is there please?
Yep you are part of the new billing trial, @TomatoPlant - that said this meter reading history feature isn’t effected by this I’ve been told.

^ this would be good to know, but I also wonder if this is a symptom of a wider issue, which is also causing your billing to be changed, as outlined in this topic:
