Billing Delay

 

To make sure everything is inline and correct, we’ve paused generating some monthly summaries from Wednesday (5th August). 

 

This might also affect standing charges on daily balance updates for members whose contracts have changed since 30 July. 

 

If you think you’ve been effected by this delay, we’ve been advised that you will receive an up to date summaries by next Saturday (15 August) at the latest.
