I see the myOVO part of the website has been updated, but the help pages have not been updated to reflect this.
I see there is no longer a way to change direct debit bank details.
I see that if I click the leave feedback link at the top, then click the leave feedback button at the bottom of the next page, nothing happens.
My question is: Should the website have been released to the customers in a half completed state?

I ended up calling them to change bank details. I was assured the full feature set is gradually being added to the new website. Thanks for the link btw.
