How do I do a name change on my OVO account?

Hi,
My wife has changed her last name recently and i would like to have this reflected in the OVO account. I noticed that i couldn't do it using myovo. I also noticed a typo in my last name i would like to be rectified. could you guide me on the process.

Hi @prash83,

You'll need to contact the Customer Services team to update the names on the account. You can reach them on 0330 303 5063 between 8am and 6pm on weekdays.
