I have been in a rented flat (all electric) for two years now that has a pre-pay meter.
How can I confirm that OVO is my supplier (my letting agent has just informed me of this when asked), what tariff I am on and if I can change to a billed supply instead of pre-pay?

It sounds like you're a Boost customer, if you have pre payment meters. Check out the Boost forum here
. Alternatively give them a call on: 0330 102 7517 - they're available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
