Why is there no usage on my online account?

Went away on holiday and came back on May 1st to find no usage data. This is pretty much the only reason I'm still with Ovo. Is this a known bug or has this feature been disabled?

That's odd, @SianiAnni , the graphs should still be working.

As far as I'm aware this isn't a widespread bug, so I'd contact us via hello@ovoenergy.com so we can get this sorted for you.
