Why is my OVO app still not working after nearly 4 months?

My app doesn’t work. I have had 3 statements that I haven’t been able to view and I also haven’t been able to give meter readings. I’ve deleted the app, changed then password and emailed OVO but still non the wiser. I’m finding the whole situation quite stressful.

Same here. Mine ‘completed’ two months ago but I’ve still not been able to access any information. It seems hard to contact OVO about this and I had to phone in my last meter reading. Very disappointed.

This isn't good! Are either of you getting an error message when you try to log in? If so, can you post a screenshot of what you can see?

Have you been able to log in on a computer or a laptop rather than on the app?
