What should I do if I can't access my OVO account (no email registered)?

I changed the account into my name over the phone after my partner left. I cant access ovo online as I didnt register my email so cannot reset my password. What should I do?

Hi @Jo348 - you'll need to get an email address added by calling the team on 0330 303 5063 or drop us a message on Facebook with your account number, full name and DoB.
