My OVO account does not recognise my email address, how do I log in?

I need to provide my first readings but My Ovo does not recognise my email address which is the same as the one you sent all my details to.

Hi HeatherJ

My guess would be its the password, rather than the email address that is stopping you from logging in (especially as you have said you have received emails from OVO).
My suggestion would be to use the forgotten my password link to enter a new password, which would then hopefully give you access to your account.

Hi thanks for your reply. It was my email, when they set me up someone missed a dot out of the address so couldn't even attempt to reset the password.
