I am currently switching from OVO to another supplier and the switch is going smoothly. My final bills have now been issued and I am awaiting the refund of my credit balance which I understand takes 2 weeks.
I can still log into MyOVO, and have used this to download my final statements. Does anyone know how long I will have access to MyOVO? Is my online account cancelled once the credit has been refunded or does it continue to exist.
I have made sure I have downloaded all my previous statements in case I need to look at them in future.
