Gas usage not showing online after SMETS2 smart meter fitting - any ideas?

The gas usage has stopped updating on my OVO app. Has always been there but stopped on the 17th December. Can anyone help?.

It sounds like you could be affected by the same issue mentioned here, @Matt orrell, take a look at the best answer for more help.
