Entered wrong email during registration - how can I correct this?

Hi I am a new customer, only signing up to switch to OVO this afternoon. I must have misspelled my email address when I registered as I cannot get logged in and when I try to reset my password I don’t get an email (I have checked junk and spam folders). I also don’t have my customer number as I presume they have emailed it to me and I’m not receiving the emails. What can I do to resolve this?

Best thing to do is to call OVO customer support. They will be able to gather more information on the system.
