Can't log in to My OVO after second signup - can you help?

Have you been able to login with your OVO ID, @DMOSS102030? If you have, you can head to My Profile and update the email address to a new one.

If you're using your OVO ID as your username, you won't need your email address. The only time you'll need your email address is if you need to reset your password.

If you're struggling to update your email address, send us a message on Facebook or Twitter with your name, DoB, account number. If you don't use social media, you can email the team on hello@ovoenergy.com.
