App says I’m an OVO communities member and can no longer use have to go on website

Hi, I’ve had an ovo payas I go meter for at least 4 years, I use the app on my iPhone. Today the app got updated now I can’t log in as it says ‘ your an ovo communities member , you will need to log on through the website instead’. I have been on website . but I loved the app, why can I no longer use it??

Hi you need to download there new app it’s called boost energy it’s the same log in details as your OVO app.
