This morning I found that I could not access my account online. I kept getting the 500 error message. It turns out that Cloudflare, the company which “provides performance and security to website owners via its intelligent global network.” has got a global problem, which means many thousands of companies are being hit.

Apparently they are working on the problem, but as yet it is not fixed.

Edited to add: The company’s name is Cloudflare. I made a mistake in the title.

Would you believe it? I just posted, and now the site is back for me.

Hi @sskfny ,

This was actually a Cloudflare issue rather than an OVO issue, but it’s mostly fixed now. Please check out https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/xvs51y9qs9dj for further details - you can also check back there every hour or so to see when it’s fully resolved.

Likewise, the office is now open and the phone lines are active.

Oh, and as of 8:06am the outage has been resolved. If you’re still seeing issues, please post in this thread.

There’s an active Cloudflare Status incident at https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/xvs51y9qs9dj .

Please keep an eye on that page for details as to when this is fully fixed.
