Why have the unit rates on my In-Home Display changed before the end of my fixed plan?

My fixed price contract doesn’t end until 29th May. Prices on my display unit  increased April 1st.  Online account reflects agreed current plan. Has anyone else experienced this?

Howdy @timothy.logan !

That can happen sometimes. If you ask the Support Team to issue the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration it’s a pretty easy fix that can sometimes go through in 30 seconds or so, but within 48 hours at most.
