Why am I not receiving an email with a link to finish online account set up? New customer wanting to log in

I have recently joined OVO.

I received and email asking me to set up my account and supply meter readings.
I filled in and submitted the “email” and “confirm email” inputs and clicked submit.
I’m then told to check my inbox for an email with a link to set up my password.
I never receive this email.
It is not in my Spam folder either and I’m definitely using the correct email address.
