I received an email from OVO saying 22nd Dec 2022 saying my warm home discount would be added to my next bill. To date it has still not been applied. I have tried calling and web chat. Given loads of email address that don't work. The government dead line of 31st March 23 has long gone. Noone will help!!
And then get a letter saying I getting the warm home discount for 23/24.
