Boiler cover costs OVO vs SSE

So SSE charge me £35 a month for boiler yet OVO have an offer for less than half - why can I not swap to OVO?

Yes but I have to cancel my existing one first with SSE. I thought they were the same company now. Huge difference in prices 😔
