I moved into my new apartment on 15th March, and i've been sorting my suppliers out.
I have been sent a bill from OVO going from January till April!
How do I get a bill just for the time I moved in? As i'm not going to pay for a previous tenants usage.

As soon as we've got an account for you, the statement can be amended so you're charged for what you've used.
