We no longer need an Economy 7 meter, what do I need to do?

We have dual phase economy seven supply to run economy seven radiators. We are changing our heating system and no longer require them. Can we change our Economy Seven meter to standard rate, and what happens about the dual phase, we would no longer require it.

Do you have smart meters, @Walthamstow? If you do, we can change the tariff on our end you won't need to have a meter exchange.



If you've got traditional meters, we'll need to exchange the meters, it's likely we'll arrange a smart meter exchange which can be booked in here.



As soon as the heaters have been removed and the new meter is in, give the team a call on 0330 303 5063 - they'll need to go through your new rates. The team are available weekdays 8am-6pm.
