Why has my gas meter move been cancelled three times?

I need to vent some frustration here. We need to get our gas meter moved for more than 2 months now. As we need to move it less than one meter, it's my understanding that our gas supplier (Ovo) needs to do it. This is now the 3rd time that they have cancelled the appointment!!!! Has anyone got similar expierences? Can we use another company to move the gas meter instead?

Hey @Franciscaq - I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you three times! That's certainly unusual.

There could be something about the setup of your meter meaning we're not able to do the move. It would need to be your existing supplier that did this work.
