Why does my online account say readings are "too low"?

We have two meters. On one the readings submitted are always classed as "too low"., the other is alwys OK. How does this work? The comparison is clearly not with our historical usage, which does not vary much year to year.

Hi @peasantfarmer, it sounds like the estimations aren't in line with your actual usage.

This would mean that the system thinks you should be using more than you are, so when you give the readings in, it thinks you're giving it in wrong.

We can sort this out for you though, you'll just need to send us an email at hello@ovoenergy.com and we can update the estimates based on your meter reading history.

Thanks,
Ed
