Why am I unable to submit opening meter readings on MyOVO even in that 10 day window?

Just switched to Ovo. Get an email saying submit your meter readings by 5/12. It's now 4/12. Visit site to submit meter readings and site says too late! Duh. NOt a great start. Ovo! Call me, email me, I've something to tell you.

Sorry to hear your experience. Believe me, you have selected the right Energy supplier! I would say just for this month, if you call OVO and just explain what has happened and provide your meter readings, this should be fine. Hopefully by next month, your account should be set up and ready for you to submit your meter readings
