I've had my smart meters fitted for months - why am I still getting estimated readings?

Ive had my smart meters fitted for months and I'm still getting estimated readings. I've sent 2 emails to ovo and heard nothing in reply.
Everything with the meters seems fine with the HAN and WAN so it doesn't make sense.
