I have received an email asking for my meter readings by today, ie 24th October but my switch over isn’t complete yet and when I select the meter reading option, it doesn’t allow me to enter any information because the switch isn’t complete? What do I do and why have I been asked for this when my account isn’t ready?

You can call OVO direct and give them your meter reading. Call them on 0330 303 5063 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You need to send them in during the switch to ensure they are able to set up your account from the right starting reads!
