The 4 bars in the top left corner (signal strength from the meter?) are just flashing, and no data is showing on the screen - only fitted yesterday and all was working well. Can anyone help?

It’s quite possible that the fault will cure itself as your new Smart Meters get commissioned by the Data Communications Company and OVO’s own engineers.
If not, then a possible solution is for a member of the SMETS Team to re-pair your IHD with the Communications Hub. This can be done remotely, without a site visit. Call them to get this checked: 0330 303 5063
