We had our SMET2 meters fitted nearly 2 weeks ago by an excellent engineer. There was a supply issue with IHDs and we were advised one would be posted out.

You'd need to get in touch to let us know you didn't get one, and then we can send out an IHD in the post. Just give us a ring (0330 303 5063), send us a message on Facebook, Twitter or webchat via the Help Centre, with your account number, full name and DoB.
