Why is my IHD not showing gas?

Hi just has new smart meters installed. The IHD is showing electric usage, the gas is connected but showing 0 any reason this is happening?

Hi @Radiantpaper,

It can take 24 to 48 hours to sync up. If nothing changes by Monday, then get in touch with the team on 0330 303 5063 so we can troubleshoot the issue with you.
