Last September it was to be transferred. A couple of months back I contacted you again & it was supossed to be transferred . This is ridiculous I spoke to Scottish power, this should have happened. They billed me a couple of weeks ago I took for granted it was for a last payment... I tried to give you an electricity reading which was rejected, then the penny dropped. Get this sorted or I am going with someone else for my power, I am sick of it. (September last year 2016???)
If you’ve been trying to come on supply with us since September last year and this hasn’t happened yet, it sounds like Scottish Power will have rejected our switch requests. We’re not told the reasons why, but if you speak directly to them, they’ll be able to let you know why they would have raised an objection.
