Non-user friendly website

I was switched to OVO when Economy Energy went bust and am less than impressed so far. I've received notification that "the switch will take place on 1st February" and another saying "13th Feb". I submitted opening meter readings as requested then 3 weeks later have had a request for a meter reading. Great, until you go to the link where it has accepted the initial reading but won't allow a new reading. Okay I thought, find the customer help page. Yeah, right. FAQ doesn't help, no "contact us" button and an e-mail will apparently disqualify me from some sort of incentive scheme. It seems all the web page is interested in is getting me to have a smart meter fitted. I don't think so, can't see that I'll be staying with the company that long!
