I have just switched to OVO for my gas and electricity. When going through a comparison website, I said that I wanted an account that took meter readings and would pay for my exact usage. I have now got a letter through saying that I have an estimated bill that will be a regular payment of £60 a month. I would like to switch my account so that I pay exactly what I use. Do I need a smart meter?
Also. I recorded the meter readings when I moved in. Do I need to submit these before my current meter readings?
