Joined OVO and made first payment - why no letters or emails from either supplier?


Hi we have not long moved over to OVO, the supply date was the 22nd June. We have submitted the opening meter reading and first payment has been taken.
I have read on here that it can take 6 weeks for the online account to become updated and active. The thing is, we’ve never had any letters, from OVO or our previous suppliers. So we have no idea if everything has switched over with no problems or not.
Also we would like to have a smart meter installed.

It sounds like we might have your email address down wrong, @Fitzy84. We would have sent several emails to you by the time your supply start date comes along.

Yes I received an email or two, but just nothing through the post. Or is this normal?
