I'm a new Pay monthly customer but I've been sent a prepayment key - why?


If I'm a pay monthly customer ready to switch tomorrow paying by direct debit but been sent a ovo pre payment key

That's a first for the forum, @Sambam

It sounds like you've been signed up to a prepayment tariff, or your meter might be labeled as a prepayment meter on the national database.
