I switched from OVO two days ago. As expected, the new company emailed the previous day to confirm all was going ahead and asked for opening meter readings on the day.
However, I heard nothing from OVO - no confirmation of switch, no request for closing meter readings. Regardless, I sent meter readings to OVO on the switch day.
I have still heard nothing from OVO and ‘My OVO’ indicates that I am still with them.
Surely they should have contacted me and closed my account? I am concerned in case they continue to bill me for energy.
