We have recently had our Ohme Home Pro installed to charge my MG4.

We’ve created the account with Ohme, to the letter of how they have told us to! We have added Charge Anytime to our OVO account, but when signing up we get a ‘Sorry, there’s a bit of a problem’ message.

Navigating back to our account we then have the ‘Your EV’ tab appear, emailed confirmation too, but then we just get the ‘Charger data error’ message.

Are we doing something wrong? According to Ohme our account is set up correctly, and it should appear in the Ohme app after adding through OVO. I’m assuming the error message we get whilst trying the add the add-on is the issue?
