Why do I need to increase my Direct Debit on one account but not the other?

OVO wrote to me to ask me to increase my DD payments because the account is £111 in debit but my other account for a different property is in credit by over £400 so I should reduce that and increase the other
but for the account in credit it says I should also increase the DD payments
that doesn't make sense to me

Hi @mikehobbs,

Each account (pertaining to separate properties and therefore different patterns of usage) would be subject to completely separate Direct Debit reviews.

It's important to make sure each account is up to date with meter readings, so we can be sure the balance is accurate and your payments are appropriate.
