I've switched back to OVO - why does it look like my Direct Debit isn't set up?

I have recently switched back to Ovo and the whilst the first payment is due tomorrow (12th April) the Direct Debit is not showing in my bank account. Do I need to contact Ovo - I do have an email from them with my DD details showing.

Just called Ovo - very helpful and it seems that all is set up correctly. I guess the DD will appear in my bank account tomorrow when the payment is made.
