Hello, I have moved homes and also changed the billing address on my bank cards. I have also changed the account the payments are coming from, but I am unable to change the billing address. This shouldn't be a practical problem, but I'd like to have the information updated.

We can change the billing address of an OVO supplied account, just email in (email@example.com) or call to sort this: 0330 102 7517.
If you're no longer responsible for the original address's gas and electricity, complete an online moving out form here!
